Ever wanted to cruise under spectacular Sydney Harbour Bridge skippering your own luxury boat? Spend a couple of days exploring the wonders of Pittwater with family and friends? Or maybe arrive by water to one of the many waterfront restaurants and cafes Sydney Harbour has to offer.

Of course you have, and a Blue Sky Boating membership enables you to do just that.

Thanks to Blue Sky Boating you have a range of boats available to you in several locations. If its water sports your family is after then take out the Sea Ray 240 Sports Boat complete with water skis, wakeboards and ski tube. If the next weekend its sightseeing with visitors, take out the Sea Ray Sundancer and visit Darling Harbour for lunch before retiring to that tranquil anchorage in Middle harbour for a glass of wine and afternoon nibbles.

All cleaning, refuelling, maintenance and pre trip issues are taken care of for you by our helpful Blue Sky staff. You and your quests just arrive at the marina and we will help you load gear on board and disembark within 10 minutes of arrival.

Assistance with skipper experience, harbour familiarisation and vessel operation is always on offer when you need it.

Car parking and those little items usually forgotten are all taken care of, making you day out as hassle free as possible,

So how do you get to take out one of these Blue Sky Boats?

1. Becoming a member
Membership of Blue sky Boating is designed for people who value simplicity and flexibility. For an annual membership fee of $100, members are able to purchase points packages, which are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.

Points may be redeemed at anytime for use of any of Blue Sky's boats at any location.The only additional cost is for fuel, which is charged on an engine hour basis and training which is $75/hr.

We are also able to assist with charter discounts for cruiseboats and sailing yachts on Sydney Harbour or sprtscruisers in Lagos,Portugal

2. How many outings do I get?
This will depend on 3 factors:

• Which boat you choose
• Which season you are in, either high season or low season
• Which day you plan to go out, weekday, weekend/stat.holiday.

Generally you get approximatley 15 to 25 outings for $10,000 and 35 to 50 outings for $20,000.

Members find that the $20,000 package best suits those who prefer to use the larger boat whilst the $10,000 package is more than adequate for 2 years of boating on the smaller boats. 

3. Kids day out
Let the kids go wild whilst the adults sip champagne and barbeque with a cool beer.

We arrange family fun days where we take several boats and raft up in a tranquil bay. The kids can putt around in the little dinghy or do water sports on short excursions away from the other boats.

4. Cafes by water
Enjoy a midmorning breakfast with fantastic water views before climbing back on board to visit another waterfront restaurant for a light lunch and scenic return home.

Cafe days are skippered and much fun without the bustle of kids around your feet.

5. Water sports wake up call
A crystal clear balmy morning, the water is like glass and you have a busy day in the office coming up.

Come water skiing for a quick hour before work. Meet at the spit marina at 6:30am for that refreshing wake up call you will never forget. Have a smile on your face all day knowing that you have worked some perfect water whilst everyone else waited queued in the traffic.

Back at the marina by 8:00am for a hot shower ready for a big day.
